Yes — iPad glass is bonded to the frame, so replacement takes longer and requires more care. We schedule extra time for iPad repairs to make sure the finish is right.
Q.Can you replace an iPad battery?
Yes. Battery swaps on iPads take longer than phones because of the bonded assembly, so we typically keep the device for a same-day or overnight turnaround.
Q.Do you fix Amazon Fire and other budget tablets?
For repairs where parts are available and the repair makes economic sense, yes. We'll tell you upfront if the repair is more than the tablet is worth.
Q.Do tablet repairs come with a warranty?
Most tablet repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the parts we install and our workmanship. Warranty service can be handled by mail-in (inspected and approved before covered work begins) or on-site, where travel is billed at $15 per 30 minutes of drive time. Not every repair is warranty-eligible — it depends on the repair type, where the parts came from, and the condition of the device. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered.
